I was very excited this AM that my friend, Bob McCook, decided to cover 'obedience to the commands of Jesus in the Gospels' for his Monday Morning men's devotional for 2009.

I love this topic as it is always something that challenges me to stop and go back to get my head/heart straight on this matter.

It is John 15:10 that tells us, "If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love." Oh my.... better figure out what all of those commands are and put them on a list to ensure I do not disobey one of them, dogonit...

Then I continue to read the rest of John 15 and the picture becomes much clearer. What do you see???
